I’ve spent most of this week primarily on self-care... which is very unusual for me!! I have created a food plan and made sure to move for at least 30 mins a day (often more as once I start, I forget what time it is!).
Just those two simple things have created much more balance in my life... what could you introduce on a daily basis? Now is the time to create healthy habits 🧘🏻♀️
